Vishwaroopam 2 audience review: Confusing if you haven’t seen the first part

Kamal Haasan's Vishwaroopam 2 released on Friday and initial audience reactions suggest you'd be better off having watched the first part before you begin to watch the sequel else you might be confused. In the sequel Kamal Haasan returns as undercover agent who fights terror with as much dexterity as prejudice, according to a Hindustan Times film review. “Vishwaroopam 2 cannot stand up in front of its fantastic first iteration. Even in terms of narrative and character development, there isn't much left to do in this universe,” the review reads.
