About The Video

Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has sympathised with Arsene Wenger after Arsenal lost the League Cup 0-3. In a press conference, Guardiola said, “What happened to Arsene after the game I know it has happened to me. I always support my colleagues, my [fellow] managers. We finally understand when another manager is criticised. We feel the same, when we win, when we lose, so we accept the opinions of the fans and you feel - believe me - alone. There's a lot of pressure on your shoulders and I understand him completely. I'd like to tell him that I am close, and I understand what he feels because I have had it before in my career. That's why I don't understand, maybe people believe I've said something wrong, it's tough for me to understand when you use this to criticise our colleagues (Video credit: Perform).”
