UK PM Rishi Sunak has fired a ministerial aide for seeking a permanent ceasefire in the Gaza Strip. Paul Bristow was removed as Parliamentary Private Secretary at the Department of Science. This after Bristow penned down a letter to the PM's office over the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict. In the letter, Bristow pressed for a long-term truce between Israel and Palestine. Sunak's office said Bristow violated the cabinet's rule of "collective responsibility". Watch for more.
