Gaggan Anand & Massimo Bottura on Covid & future of fine dining #HTLS2020

Michelin star chefs Gaggan Anand and Massimo Bottura spoke at the 18th edition of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit about the future of fine dining in the post-Covid world. Gaggan Anand said that this is perfect break and a time to rediscover the culinary art. Italian restaurateur and Michelin star chef himself, Massimo Bottura said theis could be the beginning of a culinary revolution. He added that children need to be taught to appreciate food better and urged people to be inquisitive about the food they eat daily. Massimo added that the need of the hour was to invite ethical and healthy food making processes that minimize wastage. Watch the full session for all the details.
