Gaggan Anand & Massimo Bottura on Covid & future of fine dining #HTLS2020

Michelin star chefs Gaggan Anand and Massimo Bottura spoke at the 18th edition of the Hindustan Times Leadership Summit about the future of fine dining in the post-Covid world. Gaggan Anand said that this is perfect break and a time to rediscover the culinary art. Italian restaurateur and Michelin star chef himself, Massimo Bottura said theis could be the beginning of a culinary revolution. He added that children need to be taught to appreciate food better and urged people to be inquisitive about the food they eat daily.
