Action will be taken against person who procures voter ID illegally: Kiren Rijiju

While briefing the media on Rohingyas, Minister of States for Home Affairs Kiren Rijiju said, “If anyone has procured voter ID card illegally, action will be taken. It will be detected. Our government is closely monitoring the situation. Action will be taken against any person who procures voter ID or any other document by illegal means”.

Further reacting to West Bengal Minister Purnendu Basu's statement on Dum Dum Nagerbazar blast, he said, “They keep making statements like these. They speak so because of political reasons”. Purnendu Basu has earlier given a statement that, 'I think this type of blast is similar to the ones carried out by RSS elsewhere'.
