BJD MLA insults kin of CRPF jawan killed in Pulwama, video goes viral

Odisha Biju Janata Dal MLA Debashis Samantray courted controversy after the video of his alleged manhandling the kin of slaim CRPF jawan Manoj Behera went viral. Thirty-three year old CRPF constable Manoj Behera from Odisha, was among the 40 CRPF jawans who were killed in the terrorist attack in Pulwama. The incident allegedly happened when Behera's mortal remains was about to be consigned to flames in his native village of Ratanpur in Cuttack district. The exact reason of the heckling could not be ascertained.
