Caught on camera | Newborn baby kidnapped from Gujarat hospital

Shocking CCTV footage shows a newborn baby being kidnapped from a government hospital in Gujarat's Kheda district. Rukaiyaben Shabai delivered a baby boy at the Nadiad Civil Hospital. Soon after the delivery, a woman approached her while her family members were present around. She told the family members that she was a volunteer working for the hospital and offered to take the baby for immunisation. When she took the baby away, Shabai's sister followed the woman, who, however, returned the baby saying she will do it later as the room where immunisation was to be done was closed. Later, when Shabai's husband had gone home and her sister was out of the hospital, the woman came returned and took the baby. A probe is on to nab the accused with the help of the CCTV footage.
