Editorji Espresso: India’s Covid-19 tally over 4.7 lakh, Delhi tops Mumbai

The coronavirus onslaught seems relentless as India recorded another highest single-day spike of 16,922 new Covid-19 positive cases and 418 deaths in last 24 hours. The spike comes even as Delhi and Mumbai plan to conduct massive door to door screening of residents. A new study by scientists in Stockholm say that herd immunity can be achieved if infection or antibodies are present in 45% of the population, not 60% as reported earlier.
