India bans more Chinese apps: AliExpress, SnackVideo, CamCard in list of 43

The Government of India banned more Chinese apps on November 24. The list of the 43 mobile applications included many of Chinese origin. AliExpress, Alibaba Workbench, WeWork China, CamCard, and SnackVideo are among those banned in the latest instance. The government had earlier banned popular Chinese apps like TikTok and PUBG. 59 applications were banned in June 2020, while 118 were banned in September. The move was called a 'digital strike' amid border tension with China. Watch the full video for more.
