No road for ambulance, pregnant woman carried on makeshift stretcher for 6 km

A pregnant woman was carried for more than six kilometres on a makeshift stretcher due to lack of road connectivity. She was taken to KJ Puram hospital from Kothavalasa village in Visakhapatnam. The makeshift stretcher was made from a cloth tied to a wooden log. Both the woman and child were reportedly in stable condition.
