Rains wreak havoc in Bihar, CM Nitish Kumar says authorities working hard

Bihar continued to reel under heavy rainfall for the third consecutive day. Over 20 people have been reported killed in the state due to the recent rains. Chief Minister Nitish Kumar chaired a meeting to take stock of the situation. The CM said that all arms of the administration - disaster response, district authorities, police - were working hard to provide relief to those affected.
