Watch: MP hospital ties 80-year-old man to bed after family failed to pay dues

In a case of shocking apathy, a hospital in Madhya Pradesh's Shajapur tied an 80-year-old man to a hospital bed as his family members failed to pay the bill. The man had reportedly come for treatment from the Rajgarh district. His family members had already paid about Rupees 11,000 as hospital bill. The hospital authorities asked them to pay Rs 11,000 more at the time of discharge. The district administration has now ordered a probe into the incident. Watch the full video for all the details.
