Misuse of funds: Delhi govt moves HC challenging order of FIR against CM

Even as the Delhi government moved the high court challenging the trial court's order for lodging of FIR against chief minister Sheila Dikshit for alleged misuse of government funds in an advertisement campaign ahead of the 2008 assembly polls, the BJP on Tuesday took out protests in the national capital seeking the CM's resignation over the issue.
