Two and-a-half year old baby girl in Moradabad weighs 35 kilograms, making it difficult for her parents to carry her in their arms for long. The baby named Simran, is vulnerable to many diseases, including diabetes. Zahir Ahmed, Simran's grandfather said that the family members often find it difficult to carry or hold her. Simran's mother Nazia feels very helpless, as her child cannot even play with other children.
