Delhi Capitals beat Kings XI Punjab in the super over after the match ended in a tie. Both teams were locked at the score of 157/8. Kagiso Rabada picked up the wickets of KL Rahul and Nicholas Pooran in the super over as Delhi chased down the meagre target of three runs to win the match. Earlier, Marcus Stoinis played a super innings of 53 runs in 21 balls to help Delhi post a total in excess of 150 runs after Mohammed Shami had picked up 3 wickets. KXIP were all but out of the match but a scintillating knock of 89 runs by Mayank Agarwal helped them get back into the game. Ravichandran Ashwin picked up two wickets in his first over but had to walk back after injuring his shoulder.
