The video shows a man laying down his assault rifle before the Israeli military in what seems to be a war-ravaged town. The Israeli military is claiming that more and more Hamas fighters are surrendering in Gaza, calling it a sign of the collapsing rule of the militant group in the Palestinian enclave. Hamas has rejected the claims in the video, saying the men surrendering are actually civilians and not its operatives.
