Rahul Gandhi apologises to male voters, promises ‘NYAY’ & free healthcare

While addressing an election rally in Rajasthan's Dholpur, Congress President Rahul Gandhi warned that male voters shouldn't complain once the party implements its minimum income guarantee scheme if it comes to power. Gandhi was referring to the fact that the party planned to give Rs 6000 per month to 5 crore poor families by transferring the money to the bank accounts of women in the families. He also promised to implement Right to Healthcare which would entail free provision of medicines and treatment at hospitals.
