The Houthis claim they struck Saudi Aramco facilities in Jizan and Yanbu with ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and armed drones on July 25, spokesman Yahya Saree calling them “sensitive operations” in retaliation for Saudi airstrikes on Hodeidah and Kamaran Island. The Iran-backed group vowed to expand attacks under a “blockade for a blockade” equation, reaffirming its naval siege on Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, Saudi forces struck back hard, hitting Houthi reinforcements, missile launchers, and weapons depots in Marib and Al-Jawf, reportedly killing several fighters including missile experts. The tit-for-tat strikes signal a dangerous new escalation in the long-running Red Sea conflict.
