Kashmiri separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani dies, Mufti sends condolences

Kashmiri separatist leader Syed Ali Shah Geelani died in Srinagar, as per reports. The hardline separatist leader passed away after a prolonged illness, as per reports. Geelani had quit the Hurriyat conference in 2020 and remained in isolation due to health reasons. Syed Ali Shah Geelani was the most popular Kashmiri separatist leader with mass following across the valley. Until last year, he was the chairman of hardline Hurriyat Conference faction. PDP chief Mehbooba Mufti offered condolences on Geelani’s death. Watch the full video for more details.
