Mumbai under threat from Taliban? NIA alerts Maharashtra cops, ATS after mail from Pak

The National Investigation Agency (NIA) received an email claiming that a person linked to the Taliban will carry out an 'attack' in Mumbai. The probe agency's Mumbai office received the threat mail on Thursday, following which the police and the Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) were alerted. The IP address of the sender was traced to Pakistan.
