The Supreme Court has pulled up the Uttar Pradesh police for shoddy probe in connection to the Muzaffarnagar school case. A video had gone viral of a teacher getting a Muslim school boy slapped by his classmates and making communal remarks. “State must take responsibility for the education of the child.
