Putin vows revenge after Ukraine ‘slaughters’ Russian prisoners of war; UN raps Kyiv | Report

The UN’s human rights monitoring mission in Ukraine has reportedly called on Ukraine to investigate a video that allegedly shows the country’s troops executing Russian prisoners of war. This after Moscow accused Kyiv of executing more than 10 prisoners of wars. A video of the same had emerged online sparking widespread condemnation.
