Roads washed away, cars submerged in Dharamshala flash flood; PM Modi tweets

More visuals continued to pour out of Himachal Pradesh's Dharamshala, dealing with flash floods following a cloudburst. Footage showed water flowing at dangerous speeds on the streets. Vehicles were submerged in the flood water. Himachal Chief Minister Jairam Thakur said that no casualties had been reported so far. Prime Minister Narendra Modi tweeted that the situation was being closely monitored. Watch the full video for more.
