Watch: VHP leader says Indian Hindus got religious & cultural freedom in 2019

A senior VHP leader has claimed that Indian Hindus did not get attain freedom in 1947 but it was just political freedom while the religious and cultural freedom came in 2019 when Supreme Court gave its verdict on Ayodhya, paving the way for the construction of Ram Temple. Surendra Jain, the VHP leader, said that the movement to construct Ram Temple was like freedom movement against British which ended in November 2019 when Supreme Court granted the disputed land to Hindus for the construction of temple at the site of demolished Babri Masjid.
