Nupur Sharma gets more relief in Prophet row; SC transfers all FIRs to Delhi

- The Supreme Court has provided relief to suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma by clubbing all the FIRs lodged across the country and transferring them to Delhi Police in connection with her remark on the Prophet. The Supreme Court also allowed her to approach the Delhi High Court for quashing the FIRs against her. Nupur Sharma was suspended in June as spokesperson for the BJP after her comments about Prophet Muhammad triggered huge protests in India and a series of official complaints by Gulf countries.
