Donald Trump criticises National Football League yet again

Donald Trump, United States president, who had earlier launched a foul-mouthed tirade at National Football League (NFL) players protesting the playing of The Star-Spangled Banner (USA's national anthem) at games, has again come down hard on the NFL. “When you go down and take a knee or any other way, you're sitting, essentially, for our great national anthem. You're disrespecting our flag and you're disrespecting our country and the NFL should've suspended some of these players for one game - not fire them - suspend them for one game and then if they did it again, it could be one game then two games then three games and then for the season,” Trump said.
