Lewis Hamilton hopes to sign new deal with Mercedes F1 team soon

Lewis Hamilton said he expects to stay at the Mercedes F1 team beyond the 2018 season. Hamilton has less than 12 months left on his current deal, ahead of a campaign in which Mercedes will aim to win a fifth consecutive drivers' and constructors' championship. The Brit, who has won three of his four world titles at Mercedes since he joined the team in 2013, said, “I know that there is no one better (than Hamilton as a Formula 1 driver), so he's (Toto Wolff) not going to be looking anywhere else and he knows that I know there's nowhere else better (than Mercedes), so I'm not looking anywhere else.” (Video courtesy – SNTV)
