Russian President Vladimir Putin blamed Ukraine and the West for the Dagestan Airport riots. Putin said the anti-Semitic riots were inspired by Western services from Ukrainian territory. Dagestan Governor Head Sergey Melikov said, denouncing the unrest as "betrayal", said anti-Jewish rioters won't be spared.
