Putin's warning to US? Russia rains fire on Kyiv and Kharkiv, leaving Ukrainians without power

Hours after peace talks in the U.A.E., Russia launched a massive overnight attack on Ukraine, deepening doubts over Moscow’s commitment to diplomacy.
