Two male Great Indian Bustards were released into the Desert National Park in Jaisalmer, Rajasthan, marking a major milestone for the species’ conservation. The release follows years of efforts by scientists, researchers and ground staff to help the endangered bird return to Rajasthan’s desert landscape.
