Saudi Wants In On NATO Nations' Joint Air Combat Program; Japan Opposes Entry | Details

Saudi Arabia is seeking to join the three-nation fighter jet project, reports Financial Times. The Nations already part of the fighter jet project are the UK, Japan, and Italy. The report said that Saudi Arabia is pressing these nations to join the project. According to the FT report, Riyadh's wish to join the project is causing strains within the alliance.
