• Paul And Mike, a three-year-old chocolate brand from Kochi, seems like an unlikely contender in a global chocolate competition where winners are typically from Peru, Canada, Ecuador and other nations with strong chocolate-making traditions. And yet, their dark chocolate vegan bar with Sichuan pepper and orange has been wowing judges and confectionery enthusiasts.
