Pakistan has reportedly pinned the blame of increasing TTP attacks on the U.S. Pakistan’s The News International newspaper reported that U.S. exit from Afghanistan last year had bolstered Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan activities with its base in the war-torn country still intact. The report cited Pakistan’s counter-terrorism authority in Islamabad telling the country’s Senate Standing Committee on Interior. It added that the TTP gained considerable ground and increased its footprint during the peace talks process. Watch this video for more.
