Opposition's Vice President candidate Margaret Alva said, 'unable to make or receive calls from mobile'. Margaret Alva stated 'I spoke to friends in the BJP & now calls to my mobile being diverted'. Alva urged MTNL to restore services & promised not to call any BJP, TMC or BJD MP.
