33 Lok Sabha MPs from the opposition, including Congress leader in the house Adhir Chowdhury, were suspended on December 18 amid uproar over Parliament security breach. 30 MPs were reportedly suspended for protesting with placards inside the house, while three others were banned for the remainder of the winter session over “breach of privilege”. Both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha have witnessed massive protests from the opposition following the shocking security breach in Parliament.
