Woman living on 10th floor of a Faridabad highrise dangled her son by a saree to drop him on the floor below. The woman wanted to fetch clothes that fell on the 9th floor and pulled her son up in the same way. In the video, the woman can be seen lowering her child in the shocking video, shot from an opposite building. Women's Panel chief has urged the chief of the Nat'l Commission for Protection of Child Rights to ensure action.
