37%: Why India Would Be Happy With This Number After China's Latest Belt & Road Forum Flop

The latest edition of the Belt and Road Forum hosted by China saw a significant drop in attendance of world leaders. Compared to 37 in the 2019 meeting, only 23 heads of state or government attended the latest summit in Beijing which was held on October 18 to showcase the supposed success of the Belt and Road Initiative, which is China President Xi Jinping's vanity project. The fall in attendance at the BRI forum might have pleased the Indian government. Watch the full video to know why.
