With Western economic sanctions imposed on Russia in the aftermath of its Ukraine invasion yet to make a visible dent, Ukraine's allies are considering another option to increase aid for Kyiv amid dwindling support from the United States of America. European Union's foreign policy chief Josep Borrell has announced his plan to submit a formal proposal to EU member-state governments to use revenue from Russian assets frozen in the West.
