'Blood-like' paint sprayed on Russian consulate walls in New York | Watch

The consulate walls have been spray painted in red, which apparently symbolises so-called bloodshed by Russia in Ukraine. The incident took place as Putin proclaimed the annexation of four Ukrainian regions: Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia. While thousands celebrated Putin's decision in Russia, many have opposed the annexation across the world, including the "protest" in New York.
