The Israeli security cabinet held a meeting inside a bunker in Tel Aviv on August 8 amid fear of Iran's revenge strike to avenge Hamas chief Ismail Haniyeh's assassination. The cabinet met in the underground command room of the Kirya military headquarters. This was the first time such a meeting was held there since the night of April 13-14, when Iran launched some 300 missiles and drones at Israel.
