Netanyahu’s All Out Attack On Iran At UNGA; “Their Drone Program Threatens Israel & Arab Neighbours”
Published on Sept 23, 2023 09:08 am IST
Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu lashed out at Iran during the UNGA session. Netanyahu said that Iran’s drones and missile program threaten not just Israel but their Arab neighbour as well. He even accused Iran of trying to assassinate the U.S. Secretary of State and NSA. Netanyahu also urged the West to reimpose sanctions on Iran as they have been violating the terms of the JCPOA. Netanyahu added that Iran must face a credible nuclear threat. However, his office later clarified that he misspoke when delivering his address, erroneously referring to a “credible nuclear threat” while he meant military threat.
