According to the transcript of the call of Biden and Ghani, both discussed the military strategy and perception battle to contain the Taliban, which was rapidly taking over Afghan districts. However, the call transcript suggest that there was no concrete plan to stop advancing Taliban and both leaders were clueless about the insurgents' scale of offensive.
