Vladimir Putin has unleashed fury on Kyiv following Ukraine's drone blitzkrieg on the Russian Black Sea fleet in Crimea. In a double attack after halting the grain deal, Russia pounded Ukraine's capital city with 50 missiles within 20 minutes today morning. Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko said, "80% of residents were without water, and about 350,000 apartments had no electricity." In the north-eastern city of Kharkiv, energy facilities were struck.
