Texas Tragedy: 46 migrants die inside truck; Focus back on human smuggling

• At least 46 migrants were found dead inside a tractor-trailer in San Antonio in Texas. U.S. cops suspect it to be a case of human trafficking as the bodies were found in a truck on the road that stretches all the way to the U.S.-Mexico border. Police also said that the deaths may have occurred due to heat stroke & exhaustion. Sergeant McManus informed that the police received an update on the situation from a worker of a building who was in the vicinity of the tractor-trailer. He approached the vehicle on "hearing a cry for help," the police chief said. "On opening the partially broken door of the truck, the witness saw the pile of corpses and immediately contacted the police," he added. Watch this video to know more.
