Canada's House of Commons Speaker, Anthony Rota, resigned days after he publicly praised a former Nazi soldier in Parliament. Rota told legislators he had made a mistake by inviting 98-year-old ex-soldier Yaroslav Hunka to attend a session in the House honouring Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy last Friday.
