Watch | Meatball eating competition in NYC to help Italian earthquake victims

Nino's Restaurant in Manhattan sponsored a meatball eating competition to raise money Italian earthquake victims. Five contestants were supposed to eat as many meatballs in one minute as they could. Professional speed eater Ed Jarvis won the contest after eating nine meatballs. Since the August 24th quake, New York's large Italian-American community - particularly the restaurants, have been raising money to donate to relief efforts.
