Watch | Trump, Clinton spar over Hillary’s emails

Earlier this year, Clinton's use of her family's private email server for official communication, rather than the State Department emails was cited as “extremely careless” by the FBI. Trump, in the second presidential debate, used this opportunity to accuse Clinton of “lies and deception”, accusing her of deleting 33000 emails before leaving office. When Clinton said that she was glad that someone like Trump wasn't in charge of the law of the country, Trump cheekily quipped in that if such a thing were to happen, she “would be in jail”. Clinton however, admitted her mistake of using her personal email account, but also added there was no evidence that anybody had hacked the server she was using and that no confidential material had ended up in the wrong hands
