Eighth-grader Shubham Banerjee has launched a company to develop a low-cost Braille printer for the blind. It's based on a prototype he built with a Lego robotics kit for the science fair. After winning numerous awards and enthusiastic support from the blind community, Shubham started a company to develop low-cost Braille printers. His dad invested 35-thousand dollars in Braigo labs which he used to build a more sophisticated version of his Lego prototype. The printer impressed executives at tech giant Intel, which recently decided to invest in Shubham's start-up.
