Watch | Bear runs into residential area

This two-year-old grizzly bear in California just gave officers a hard time running behind him, as he escaped walls, fences and evaded capture before finally being shot down with sedatives. The chase lasted for over an hour. Black bears, along with mountain lions and bobcats can be spotted by visitors to the Angeles National Park, although bear sightings are quite rare and the animals there are far less likely to wander into populated areas. This one it seems, was an exception.
