Ukraine says Russia launched over 200 long-range drones after 3-day truce expired

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that Russia decided to break the silence with this attack.

President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday that Russia had launched more than 200 long-range drones at Ukraine overnight, after a three-day halt in fighting brokered by the United States ended.

"Russia itself chose to end the partial silence that had lasted for several days. Overnight, more than 200 attack drones were launched against Ukraine," Zelensky said in a statement on social media.
